NWI + Virtuositeam Healthy Workplaces Assessment

For participants in the NWI-Virtuositeam Change Agent Certificate Course only

    About this Assessment

This assessment is an integral part of the NWI-Virtuositeam Change Agent Certificate Course. It has been designed to be completed by people who want to understand whether their physical work environment is supporting or detracting from health and productivity.

Some of the questions will ask about your personal space, but that is just to help you be specific about your answer - keep in mind what is normal practice for the business (or community) and answer based on that perspective where possible. We recognize that there will be many different responses for people in different parts of any work environment, so we suggest that you answer just for yourself and people working in a similar space to you. You should complete the assessment more than once if you want to consider different parts of the business or community.

The assessment itself will prompt thoughts and ideas but is designed to integrate with the training offered in the NWI-Virtuositeam Change Agent Certificate Course.
