    Puppy Application

  • All puppies will be AKC registered by us. They will be microchipped, tails docked, and rear dew claws removed by a veterinarian. Ear cropping will be done by a breed specialist vet, and all  sutures with be removerd prior to placement. Puppies will be bi-weekly dewormed and vaccinated by a veterinarian. Puppies will be health checked at the vets starting at 3/5 days old then at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. All litters are whelped in home and raised on the puppy culture program. They are also desensitized to other animals and children.

  • All puppies will have our kennel name as the prefix. We will be picking all registered names. Call name will be your choice. If you are getting a prospect your kennel can be added as suffix. Do you understand this requirement?

  • I understand that applying does NOT ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of my application for a puppy.

     

     By sending this electronically, I acknowledge that I have completely read this questionnaire and comprehend it fully. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified.

     

    If you are sent an approval e-mail you have 48 hours to place a non-refundable deposit of $500 to guarantee your spot. Spots are reserved on a first come first served basis in order of PAID deposits. *Preferance and gender are factored  into this.

  • Are you aware that puppies must be picked up by new owners OR transported at the new owners expense, including the vet exam for travel. (Puppy must be paid in full with extras BEFORE we send with an approved pet transportation company)*
  • You understand that ALL puppies will have tails docked, rear dew claws removed, and ear cropped? (NO EXCEPTIONS)*
  • We do not place puppies based on color. Coat type, color, or size can never be guaranteed. Picks will not be made until 7 weeks of age. Do you understand this?*
  • Companion puppies will be sold with a digital AKC certificate. The paper limited registration will not be mailed to owner until the dog has been altered. Proof of desexing must be sent via email.*
  • Prospect puppies will be kept in our ownership until contact is fulfilled. A digital AKC certificate will be sent so you have information needed for showing and testing. The AKC full registration will be mailed once health score are sent via email AND show/working requirements have been completed.*
  • You do agree and understand that dog(s) placed to you from us will not be rehomed to any other person or surrendered to any shelters/ facilities. You agree to get the dog(s) back to us at your cost for new placent and proper compensation. You will be upfront and honest with any and all issues.*
  • You are aware that puppies will be sold on a binding contract. If you fail to uphold your requirements you will be fined $10,000 and dog(s) many be taken from you at your expense. This includes but is not limited to; unauthorized breeding, engaging in dog fighting, or absue and neglect.*
  • Please know that we offer LIFE TIME breeder support. We are happy to help any way possible, for any reason big or small. We have a responsibility to every puppy we produce and place. We will be honest and upfront with you. We expect the same level of respect from our potential pet owners. We operate as family and will treat you as such.*
