Minted Mindset’s promise to you, the Client…

• As your financial coach, I promise to respect your complete privacy. I will not share what we discuss with any other person without your specific and written permission first. 

• I promise to coach you with sound financial advice. My sole purpose is to help you, the client. In doing so, I promise to have open and honest communication with you.  

Your Commitment to Minted Mindset...

• Your communication is crucial to the success of our meetings. You will also communicate openly and honestly being truthful and transparent with your thoughts, ideas, dreams, goals, and challenges.
  
  
• I will commit time each week to improving how I manage my money. I will complete assignments, projects, tasks or other work outside of meetings because I understand that it will benefit my financial future.
  
  
• I will show up to each scheduled session. “Showing up” involves being prepared with an updated budget and completed homework or prep work. It means coming to each session with an open-mind, willingness to learn and positive & honest communication with me as your Coach.

Payment and Scheduling

• I agree to pay Minted Mindset Financial Coaching for the 6-month Realization Coaching Program. The total price is $2,982. I understand that I can choose either a payment option of $497/month OR pay-in-full of $2,697 (10% discount). 

• I understand the 6-month Realization Coaching Program includes the following: 6 weekly One-on-One Coaching Sessions over the initial 6 weeks, 9 bi-weekly One-on-One Coaching Sessions over the following 4.5 months, unlimited check in calls and emails, access to the Minted Mindset Budget for life, and access to the Minted Mindset Family private Facebook group.

• While there will be some work up front, my program begins the date of my first session, will continue weekly for 6 weeks, bi-weekly sessions (9 appointments) for 4.5 months following.

• I understand that scheduling all the sessions during my program are ultimately my responsibility. I have the option of pre-scheduling all of these, scheduling them online, calling or emailing Vikki to get scheduled or using my time during a session to schedule them. Any unused coaching time or sessions not used within the allotted time frame will be forfeited. (Neither of us want that!)

• I understand that refunds are not offered on coaching packages. Should I decide to end my package early or terminate my package with Minted Mindset Financial Coaching for any reason, unused, paid coaching time has no cash value and will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• I understand the cancellation & reschedule policy: If I call or email to reschedule and there is another opening during that same week (calendar Sun-Sat) then I may do so. (These are available on a first come, first serve basis so if there are no openings that fit your schedule, the appointment is forfeited. The longer you wait to call or the closer it gets to your appointment, the less likely there will be an opening so please reach out in advance!)

• I am allowed one cancellation in a given year.

• I understand that our sessions will be held via video conference, but I have the option to attend the meeting over the phone, which is often times better than cancelling or skipping the appointment altogether.

Responsibility

• I am solely responsible for my actions, choices, and decisions.

• Massachusetts is the governing state for this agreement. A party's failure or neglect to enforce any of its rights under this agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of that or any other of its rights.

• You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Vikki Zacchilli and Minted Mindset Financial Coaching, their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by yourself or by Vikki Zacchilli as a result of advice given by or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to you to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
