  • How to make an ice chocolate

    1.    Swirl the milkshake cup with chocolate sauce around the sides

    2.    Get a decent sized scoop of ice-cream generally vanilla or chocolate but always ask the customer

    3.    Pour X amount of chocolate flavoured milk (should be pre-prepared) into milkshake cup.

    4.    Add whipped cream and chocolate powder if requested.

    Provide a lid, straw and spoon serve to the customer.
