What we will do from here?
Obtain instructions from you to act on your behalf in relation to registration of Plan of Subdivision; obtain title search; prepare initial letter to you with information and advice; peruse proposed Plan of Subdivision; prepre draft application for registration of Plan of Subdivision and supporting documentation; liaise with your surveyor, liaise with any mortgagee to have title made available and to provide consent to Plan of Subdivision;
Attend to draw and forward email correspondence to yourself re: Plan of Subdivision; all telephone attendances on and with any mortgagee; all telephone attendances on and with you; attending to advise you of registration fees; attending to obtain your client authority to represent you in your application for registration of the Plan, review of Verification of Identity, appointing agent to address registration requirements, attending to receive notification that the subdivision titles have now been issued; obtaining title searches; attending to advise you that Plan of Subdivision has been registered; all further necessary attendances, care, skill and attention generally
The scope of work covered by our retainer is limited to registering the subdivision of the property. The scope of our retainer specifically excludes the provision of taxation or financial advice.
Our fees
Our professional fees for registering the plan of subdivision is $1500 (plus GST) plus disbursements.
Disbursements
Disbursements are out-of-pocket expenses which we incur on your behalf including title searches, lodgement fees and agent fees. Depending on the subdivision, lodgement fees can range between $1000 - $1400. We also incur agents fee of approximately $285 to lodge your application electronically. Additional including property searches and certificates, plan of subdivision lodgement fees, subdivision lodgement agent fees and PEXA fees. As disbursements can range between $1000-1600, we estimate your disbursements will cost $1400.
You will only be charged for those disbursements incurred.
