  • How to make an ice coffee

    1.    Get a decent sized scoop of vanilla ice-cream (unless customer specifies a flavour) put it in the milk shake cup

    2.    Pour shot of coffee in the cup. (If there is time a fresh shot is always better.

    3.    Pour X amount of milk into the cup. Nearly about ¾ full roughly.

    4.    If the customer wants it, then apply a small swirl of whipped cream and chocolate powder on top.

    5.    Provide a lid, straw and spoon then serve to the customer
