I understand that this is not an Outward Bound course but an interview and Selection process. During these days I may be exposed to situations and environmental conditions where the stress and hazards may be greater or different than those I normally encounter. I understand, too, that although Outward Bound Hong Kong has taken precautions to provide appropriate organization, supervision, instructions and equipment for this day, circumstances may arise which are not foreseeable, or which are beyond the control of Outward Bound Hong Kong. I acknowledge that Outward Bound Hong Kong cannot guarantee absolute safety. I also understand that I am, in part, responsible for my own safety and I agree to comply with the instructions and directions of Outward Bound Hong Kong staff members during the Selection process.

I hereby accept all the risks arising out of, incidental to or in any way connected to my participation in the Selection process, including, but not limited to any risks which are not foreseeable.

I will also disclose any medical concerns I may have to Outward Bound staff.

On behalf of my family and myself, I hereby release Outward Bound Hong Kong, it’s directors, officers, employees and its agents from any and all liability and any and all claims, demands and causes of action of every kind and nature whatsoever which I, or my heirs, administrators, executors or members of my family may have, arising out of, incidental to or in any way connected with my participation in the Selection process.
