What is your target population(s) and how does the program meet the needs of your local community in accordance with Westmoreland County's 5-Year Plan and the Continuum of Care’s Strategic Plan? How many households do you plan to serve during the contract period? How will this funding help your organization prevent, prepare for, or respond to COVID-19?
