The first step in starting your employment is completing the New Hire On boarding packet. You will need to do this in one sitting so please allow yourself plenty of time. Additionally, you will need the following items as you will be required to upload photos of some required items prior to finalizing and submitting your completed on-boarding packet.
1. Current valid Driver's license
2. Social Security Card
3. Current Auto insurance card / policy - please make sure the employee name is specifically listed on the card / policy along with the dates the policy is valid if you will be working with a consumer requiring transportation
4. Bank account information (Bank name, routing number, and account number) to complete your direct deposit information
5. If you have a current CPR and First Aid certification you will need your CPR / First Aid cards.
