Chapter Application Form
NOBCChE chapters are studying and working in the STEM fields while making a difference in communities all across the country. Follow the instructions on the next page to make your chapter membership in the NOBCChE family official!
Instructions
Hold a formative meeting to draft member positions and elect officers.
A minimum of 5 people are required to form a chapter
Chapter members must be dues paying members of NOBCChE. In addition, students must be in good standing within their University.
Record a copy of the meeting minutes to include with your application.
Student chapters must obtain a letter of support from a designated NOBCChE Faculty Coordinator pledging support for the formation of a NOBCChE Student Chapter.
NOBCChE Faculty Sponsor/Coordinator must be a full member of NOBCChE
Establish a chapter website, blog, Facebook page, or other form of electronic social medium
Complete your Chapter Rules of Procedure

Student/Joint Chapters - Faculty Sponsor Letter of support and membership verification
Chapters are reviewed at each NOBCChE board meeting. Notification of acceptance will be provided within 30 days of the previous NOBCChE board meeting.
An official NOBCChE chapter charter will be conveyed during the NOBCChE National Convention.
