Please Note: If you have inspection fees associated with your case, there is no deadline to contest inspection fees. However, request to contest inspection fees will not be reviewed until the Code Enforcement case is closed and the property is in compliance. As provided by Section 1.01.389 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, an inspection fee will be charged for which inspection or re-inspection required to verify correction of any violation(s) after issuance of the citation. Such inspection fees are based upon the staff time required to make the inspections (including the initial and first re-inspection) multiplied by the hourly rate established by resolution of the City Council. The inspection fees are debts due and owing to the City and are in addition of any civil fine imposed by this citation.
