Say Somaali Youth Development Initiative develops immersive, comprehensive, and holistic mentorship programs that will support Somali students in their senior years of high school and post-secondary. These programs launched July 2020 and serve over 50 Somali high-school and post-secondary students annually.
We have created a database of Somali professionals, students, and community leaders in the Greater Toronto Area. We are building this network to serve as the central pool of potential mentors and program supporters. Broadly speaking, you can be a program supporter by facilitating a workshop, providing our programs and students with access to resources/additional support, and mentoring students. Please complete the form and help us build the next generation of young scholars!
The database will be confidential and managed by the project leads of Say Somaali. Feel free to reach out with any questions and/or comments regarding the programs, use of the database, or for any general inquiries at hello@saysomaali.ca.
