  • App Book On/Off - Check Calls: For all manned guarding / K9 deployments, all Security Officers will need to book on/off and answer check calls with our online app. 

    This means your team are expected to have smart phones and data.  Data use is minimal (less than 1/10 gb for a whole month of bookings).  

    The link to the app is below and will be sent to any of your team deployed.  It provides proof of presence to us and our Clients. 

    For our service partners, this means no invoice queries.

  • Important: Officers are expected to be on site 15 minutes before their start time. The times communicated to you are on shift times, NOT arrival times.
    This allows them to sign in and get organised so they are at their post for their start
    time.

    Invoices should be received by the 3rd day of the month, full shifts NOT midnight to midnight. Payment Terms: 30 days from agreed invoice.
