Please submit a separate Veteran's benefits information form request for each semester (Ex. if you are registering for both summer and fall semesters, you will need to submit this form twice: once for summer and again for fall.)
If you used your benefits most recently at another school you are required to file a Request for Change of Program or Place of Training. You can do this by following the application procedure on the appropriate benefit listed on our Educational Benefits tab. Enter the VA page from our website as if you were applying for the first time. Click on "Find your educational benefits form" and select "Updating my program of study or place of training."
