The deadline for projects completed in Summer 2026, Fall 2026, Intersession 2027, and Spring 2027 is Monday, May 10, 2027. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the deadline has passed.

Application materials are manually blinded of student name(s) for equitable review by the judges.

Special Note: The use of AI writing generators to complete any of the Bonnie W. Oldham Library Research Prize application components is prohibited.

A statement of faculty support from the instructor who assigned the research project is required for all applications. It is the responsibility of the applicant(s) to share the online Faculty Support Form with the course instructor who assigned the project. Students waive their right to read the statement of faculty support for their project.
