Use this site to schedule your required Technical Review Committee Pre-Application meeting for development projects qualifying as Level II, Level III, Conditional Zoning, Major Subdivision, and Streetery reviews. The purpose of the Pre-Application meeting is to provide applicants the oppurtunity to ask questions about development standards and processes and to provide staff input at an early stage of the applicant's design process.

If your project doesn't meet Technical Review Committee thresholds, it is not eligible for this meeting. If you need to instead schedule an Early Assistance meeting, please use this form instead.

Preliminary site plans are required for Pre-Application. We encourage all project applicants to register for Pre-application before drawing extensive plans. If extensive plans have already been developed please submit the most complete plans available for your project. More detailed submissions receive more detailed feedback.*
