Policies:
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled without a full 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Appointments that cancel or reschedule within 8 hours of their scheduled service time or no show will be charged 100% of the service total. If you are more than 7 minutes late for an appointment you will be charged and have to reschedule. Please understand that when you do not give enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
To ensure the health and safety of everyone we have a NO children and pets policy. If you arrive to your appointment with a child or pet we will have to reschedule your appointment. A same day cancellation fee will be applied.
Minors receiving services will need to be accompanied by either a parent or guardian. No exceptions.
