The following documents are required before approval to volunteer at an AFM project:
- AFM Volunteer Application (this document)
  Proof of travel insurance which includes health/ accidental death & dismemberment
- Signed/Witnessed Liability Waiver
- Criminal Background Check (either provide verification of clear background check (such as Verified Volunteer) OR sign forms for AFM to process a background check (for a fee)
- Read the AFM Child Protection Policy
- Completed Child Protection Training/Quiz
- Pastoral Reference Form
- Sign the Statement of Ethical Foundations
- Sign the AFM Statement of Faith and Final Authority
