If you register for the adult division, the registration fee will be $50 per person, no matter registrant’s age.
If paying by check, please make checks payable to Cedar Creek Veterans Foundation, and mail to Cedar Creek Veterans Foundation, P.O. Box 1434, Mabank, TX 75147. Mail-in registration forms and payments must be received by October 1, 2020.
Entrants must begin fishing no sooner than 6 AM on tournament day and must be in the weigh-in line at Log Cabin ramp and grounds by 12 noon. See tournament rules at www.ccveteransfoundation.org.
RELEASE AGREEMENT: I hereby release Cedar Creek Veterans Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “CCVF”), its Board of Directors and officers, and guests from any and all damages, claims, demands, or expenses relating to or resulting from participation in this tournament, including personal injury and/or property damage.
In the event that CCVF, its Board of Directors or officers are involved in a lawsuit resulting from my actions, intentional or accidental, I hereby agree to hold harmless and to indemnify said CCVF, its Board of Directors and officers from any liability whatsoever.
This release shall also serve notice that my insurance carrier will not sue or make any claims against CCVF, its Board of Directors or officers for any claims they may pay on my behalf.
