"Yes" means you want to review and approve the proofs before we make prints, and is the default option. If you're the artist, we generally recommend looking at the proofs before we print. Proofs must be reviewed before we proceed to printing, or the color is considered "as is".

"No" means that we will proof and approve the colors in-house. If you're a third party, collector, relative of the artists etc, its often less essential to have you examine the color before a final print, since our team of color pros will do their best to match it. 

Unfortunately, if you do not own the copyright to this artwork, we CANNOT scan it. The only exception is if the artwork falls within “fair use”, such as archival scans and copies for private collectors, or works where copyright has expired. Or if you have a copyright release from the owner which you can show us. 

"Yes" means you give Bellevue Fine Art Repro permission to promote your artwork on our website and Facebook or Instagram. Full credit will always be given to the artist and we will link to your instagram, website or blog. Artist’s work will never be sold or distributed, and artist always maintains full copyright.

Our Liability Insurance covers artwork up to $5000 in value while it is in our Studio against any accidents or damages that could potentially occur. For artwork that exceeds $5000, we ask that you also have your own liability insurance covering the work. We handle all artwork with the utmost care - this is simply for "worst case scenario" protection.
