Timeless Salon & Studio is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- If you prefer contactless prepayment for services...please go through the BOOK NOW button on Timeless Salon & Studio website and also through the facebook page to make your appointments. Otherwise, you may use alternate electronic payments such as Venmo, Paypal or Zelle which are encouraged after your service is rendered. If you are using a credit card at time of payment, you will not require a signature
- Please confirm within 48 hours of your appointment that you are healthy and feeling well. Your stylist will cancel and reschedule without penalty if you are showing any signs of sickness. Please check out our COVID-19 Blog on the Timeless Salon & Studio website for self checking.
- While it was always nice to have magazines, coffee, water and other amenities for clients, the guidelines have me remove these and discard any non-essential items. This will help reduce touch points and client interactions.
- Client's temperature will be taken with an infrared thermometer upon arrival.
- Clients will be required to wear a mask upon entering the salon and during service. Stylist will have masks on hand for clients if needed.
- Additional time included between appointments to prevent client contact with each other and allow enough time for me to disinfect.
- Your stylist will wear a clean cloth mask, a splash guard and an apron
- Each client is required to wash hands upon arrival and before leaving the salon
- All combs, brushes, skincare, haircare, makeup product bottles, containers, etc. used during services will be placed on the trolley or in an enclosed container for disinfection.
- No retail testers will be available and clients are not allowed to touch the retail on the shelves. If you would like to purchase retail...please ask stylist to help you.
- Disposable items will be used whenever possible and discarded after each use
- All surfaces will be wiped thoroughly with hospital grade disinfectant (Barbicide or other brand) before and after each client according to the manufacturer's directions
I understand your concerns, so I have outdone myself in preparing my business for you! The safety of myself, my family and my customers is essential to me, so I:
- Will clean and/or disinfect all surfaces and implements for the proper times.
- Have added contactless hand sanitizers, hand soap and garbage can
- Will launder and/or disinfect all capes, towels and linens after every use
- Removed any non-essential items throughout the salon
- Initiated contactless methods of scheduling and payment
- Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary or requested
- Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact
- I received my Barbicide Certification to learn of new essential infection control and hand hygiene practices
- Feel free to ask me any time about all that I do to provide for your safety.
