We are asking members to complete the intake form below so we know who will be participating in the virtual meeting and forum. After submission of this form, you will be sent two email confirmations: 1) intake form confirmation and 2) Zoom webinar call-in info for Spring Maintenance Forum (June 16-17th). Please complete the form below by Friday, May 29th.
Please note there is a new fee of $50 for the virtual Committee meeting and Spring Maintenance Forum. WSTA will reimburse the difference to registered members who used the original form and paid the old registration fee.
