  • SMART Goals + Mentorship

What are your goals? How will you accomplish them? Preparing these questions will help you to both make a positive impression on a new member of your network, and to get the most out of your conversation with your mentor.
    • Part 1: Prep with your SMART Goals
    • A SMART Goal is an objective that is:

Specific (what are you trying to accomplish?)

Measurable (how will you know when you've accomplished the goal?)

      Achievable (Can you achieve this?)

Realistic (Is it a realistic goal?)

Time-bound (How long will it take to achieve?)
