Please read Virtual Art Camp Techincal Requirements, Policies and Procedures and aknowledge the following:
I acknowledge that PAFA Virtual Summer Art Camp has met its obligation to inform me of its policies and procedures by providing me with the information on camp policies and procedures.
I understand that if I have a question regarding a specific area of content in the Guide, a staff member will clarify the area for me upon request.
I agree to Discipline and Behavior Policy and to Withdrawal and Refund Policy as described on PAFA's website.
I certify that my child is capable of participation in all of the daily activities and I agree to support and reinforce the established safety rules and procedures.
I understand that participation in camp at times may require adult assistance in using virtual technology and agree to provide it.
I understand that Camp’s Zoom sessions will be recorded and made available for me and other campers participating in the camp for view only without an option for download.
The information given in the registration is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and the person herein described has permission to engage in all activities in the program, except as noted.
Online Communication Consent
I grant permission for my child to participate in online and digital engagement strategies with faculty, staff and contracted speakers and artists during my child’s time studying with the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA).
I grant permission for my child to have access to digital software essential to their educational experience, including but limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, Canvas, and Google Suite programs.
I certify that as the parent/guardian of this student I take full responsibility for my child’s use of PAFA software, equipment and digital resources, whether in a classroom or online, and hereby release PAFA from any liability incurred by my child’s online interactions.
