Once we look over and approve your home we will contact you on how to reserve your new family member! Remember: there are no right or wrong answers. What's Next?
Completing this questionnaire is the first step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Golden Buttes Doodles, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

If this questionnaire is approved, you'll be contacted to make a refundable $500 deposit to reserve a puppy. Please make this deposit within 48 hours of the approval e-mail and send in a completed Deposit Contract with your payment. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy from the litter and understand that the deposit is refundable up to puppies age of 5 weeks from date of birth. Please review both the deposit policies and the selection process on our website.

Puppies will be picked by their new families when the puppies are approximately four (4) weeks of age. Puppies will go to their new homes after they have turned eight (8) weeks of age. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not able to pick up your puppy within this timeframe please contact us prior to making a deposit. Total payment on your puppy MUST be received by six weeks of age. Puppies will not leave our care until full payment has been made and processed.

We have a Purchase Contract and a Spay/Neuter Agreement. We will not let a puppy leave our care without these signed contracts. We require all of our puppies to be spayed/neutered by 9 months of age. Our puppies are not to be used for breeding or show confirmation, no exceptions.
