Policies
Custom crown construction and processing time averages 7-21 business days, but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of luxury unit orders in process, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.)
Please be advised, there is a standard 48 hours processing time for ALL payment methods. This processing time is to ensure orders are not fraudulent nor canceled prior to them being fulfilled by Versatile Beauty Bar LLC. Upon payment being cleared through our third-party payment processor, orders will be fulfilled, in the order they were received.
ALL ORDERS have to be scanned by the local USPS facility and within 24 hours, an active update will show the transit of your order. We do ship orders worldwide. However, shipping rates may vary for all international deliveries.
Be sure to add the insurance to your order for added protection. Please complete orders within an appropriate time frame, so that your order may be delivered in a timely manner.
Shipping Carrier
Please be advised that upon all orders being delivered and accepted by the local USPS, Versatile Beauty Bar LLC is NO LONGER responsible for the delivery time-frame for ANY ORDERS. Again, delivery time may change during peak and holiday seasons.
While we understood the importance of receiving your orders in a timely manner, We ARE NOT responsible for orders being delayed to the customers, due to but not limited to the following; weather interruptions, carrier mishandling of package or failing to scan package in system, incorrect address input by customer, wrong labeling by USPS, and/or delivery to incorrect USPS facility.
Versatile Beauty Bar LLC will do our best in the event of a package being lost, stolen, or has not been delivered after maximum of 7 days, in making a claim through USPS. We will communicate with our customers throughout the claim process. We HIGHLY suggest adding insurance to your order in the event USPS should have to offer a refund for the abovementioned situations.

Returns & Refunds for Custom Wigs
All wig orders are custom made according to the unique measurements, style and desire of each customer. Therefore, we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for ANY WIG ORDER.
We ask that all customers complete a consultation with our Master Wig Artist prior to making a purchase for a custom wig. Consultations maybe completed in person (depending on location) or over the phone. Wig consultations help alleviate any concerns from the customer, as well as ensure we are providing each customer the ideal wig of their choice.
Our processing time for all wig orders is 7- 21 business days excluding weekends and holidays. We do offer RUSH services for an additional $75 in which your wig order will be completed within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Wig orders may be completed any time before or within the 7 - 21 days allotted time. Customers will receive an email upon wig being completed along with an invoice - ONLY FOR CUSTOM WIG ORDERS this excludes 'Ready to Wear Units'-for the remaining balance for wig order.
Upon invoice payment, wig orders will be processed for delivery. Orders typically deliver within 3 to 5 business days from the day they were delivered to the postal office. The delivery time is subjected to change during peak and holiday seasons.
While we are committed to ensuring our clients and customers are satisfied with their purchases through Versatile Beauty Bar LLC. If there are any issues with your wig, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN THE FIRST 5 DAYS UPON RECEIVING THE ORDER. We will do our best to accommodate you regarding your issues concerning your purchase.
Please be advised that our accommodations are subject to change and will vary based upon order issues and concerns. Versatile Beauty Bar LLC will ONLY make accommodations without charge for a wig order in the event there was a mistake made on our end that aligns with the complete wig construction including but not limited too, wefts not properly secured, faulty attachments, incorrect styling or parting, failure to properly customize lace, or any other issues that would fall under "construction" of the custom wig.
It is our right and discretion to refuse accommodation of any order. Should we deem that the customer is being dishonest, regarding their issue or concerns. Again, We unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom wigs and ready to ship units.
Wig Adjustment Policy
If there are any adjustments that should be made to a custom wig order including but not limited to re-capping wig for correct fitting, due to wrong cap size or measurements given by customer, color correction due to faulty color pigmentation, due to customer providing own extensions for wigs, shedding of extensions on wig due to customer improperly installing wig, damage to the extensions due to product usage not recommended according to our 'Care Instructions", or lace replacement due to customer incorrectly trimming lace, using wrong adhesive, adjustments service cost will be at the expense of the customer.
Please contact us via email if you are unsure the natural of your wig adjustment. We will gladly provide you with the appropriate information and guidance.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges for ALL other products
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products offered by Versatile Beauty Bar LLC. Please read the description of the product, book, or digital product you are considering purchasing prior to completing payment.
