GENERAL RELEASE

ZOOM MEMBERSHIP ONLY: I understand Monthly Zoom Memberships will be on AUTO-PAY until cancelled. Auto-pay occurs on the same date of every month starting on the date signed up. (For ex. If you sign up on the 5th, auto-pay occurs on the 5th of every month) Monthly Zoom Memberships can be cancelled via email notice (info@bodybylulu.com) at anytime before your due date of the month. (For ex. You must cancel on any day before the 5th for the following month) Cancellation after the due date will be fully charged.
Zoom Group Training requires auto-pay enrollment and will continue to automatically renew on your due date of every month until you cancel it. You may cancel your membership anytime before your due date of the month by sending an email to info@bodybylulu.com re: cancel monthly membership. Cancellation after your due date will result in the full month fee .
