Personal information provided will be collected by InspiringHK Sports Foundation to update alumni's personal data and collect statistical data. Results of the research may be released on platforms of InspiringHK Sports Foundation while indentifying information will be kept strictly confidential. Personal Information is provided on a voluntary basis. However, representativeness of our research may be affected if you do not provide enough/ accurate information.
In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
