Changes that do not require pre-approval must be reported within 30 days of implementation.
Reminder: programs do not need to report every hire or change in faculty. Only report faculty changes that impact meeting Standards 9e or Standard 9c (change in program director).
Only report a change if the veterinary technician designated to meet Standard 9e departs or changes.
Only report a change in DVM/VMD if the veterinarian(s) designated to meet Standard 9e departs or changes.
Regular faculty changes that occur that do not cause the program to be in non-compliance with Standard 9e only need to be reported on the program's next regular progress report.
Changes in college president, dean, or upper administration no longer require reporting with an SCR.
