Nourished Blessings advice is rather focused on the guiding principal of the importance of natural health and a whole food diet. The information shared in Nourished Blessings consultations and media has been gathered by a mother and informed by her experience with her own children, not a physician or medical professional, and should not act as medical advice. Nourished Blessings assumes no responsibility for anyone's use of information provided by a Nourished Blessings employee or consultant. Nourished Blessings does not represent that its advice will treat or cure any specific health issues. In consideration of the services of Nourished Blessings, under no circumstances shall Nourished Blessings be responsible for damages arising from use of the information provided, whether in contract or tort (including negligence or otherwise). Without limiting its rights, any damages alleged by any claimant for any reason arising from the provision of Nourished Blessings Services is limited and fixed to a refund of the fee paid for the Nourished Blessings services rendered. The laws of the State of North Carolina shall apply to this agreement. I acknowledge and agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and that if any provision of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified, if possible, only to the extent necessary to render it enforceable, and the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
