You may use this Course and the course material, dealer manual, and website information, and other documents obtained during the Course (the “Course Documents”), only for lawful purposes within the stated context of the Company’s intended and acceptable use of the Course, as determined by the Company. NO GUARANTY OF RESULTS - The Company makes no representations, guarantees or warranties regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Course in meeting the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle Dealer Licensing requirements of the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The Company does not guarantee that completing all Course requirements will result in users being granted an Ohio Used Motor Vehicle Dealer License. The Company is not responsible for any decisions made by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles regarding motor vehicle dealer licensing applicants, for whatever reason. The Companymakes no representations, guarantees or warranties regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of the Course Documents or of any other form of communication engaged in by Course users.
