Thank you for your interest in being a guest artist at Art Source Gallery. Art Source Gallery is an artist-owned cooperative. By hosting guest artists, we broaden the gallery's appeal to current and potential patrons. In return, we work hard to promote you and your art. Please fill in the requested information. Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions of Art Source Gallery for being a guest artist. As a guest artist a 30% commission will be taken by Art Source Gallery for each sale. There is no space rental charge. A guest artist may exhibit one month within one calendar year if space is available. As a guest artist you will receive 12 square feet of display for 3D or 144 linear inches for 2D. Art Source Gallery carries general liability insurance and takes care in handling of all artwork. Each artist, however, is responsible for insuring their own artwork. The gallery is not responsible for damage, theft or other loss of artwork or other personal property. Art Source Gallery will not publish your contact information unless it is included in your bio/artist statement. You give permission to Art Source Gallery to use your submitted images for marketing purposes. There are no guarantees when it comes to sales of your art. We do expect that you will promote your exhibition at Art Source Gallery with your friends and supporters. We have a great location and your art will receive a lot of traffic. All work submitted to Art Source Gallery must be your own original or high quality reproduction of your own artwork. Installation will take place on the Sunday before the first Thursday and will be exhibited until the following “hanging Sunday” which will be the Sunday before the following month’s first Thursday. No later than seven days before installation, you will email us a list of items of your work for sale with the tiltle/description, medium and price. You certify that the images are of your work and your work alone.
