  • Online Family Support Groups

    These are drop-in groups offered via Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00-8:30 p.m. MST. Once you are registered, you are free to attend either (or both) groups.
  • In-Person Family Support Groups

  • LOCATIONS:

    • Utah State Hospital in Provo, UT on Wednesday nights @ 7:00-8:30 p.m
    • St. George Southwest Behaviorial Health Center 1st & 3rd Wednesday 7:00-8:30 p.m.
  • Family Classes

    Our classes are offered every couple of months, and a NAMI Utah representative will reach out with details about the next session.
    • Family-to-Family: for anyone supporting a loved one of any age or relationship who is experiencing a mental health condition
    • Basics: for parents or caregivers of school-aged children (18 or younger) with mental health challenges and/or neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities)
  • Online Connection Support Groups

    These programs are for adults who are looking for support for their own mental health. They are peer-led, meaning the facilitators have lived experience with mental health conditions and volunteer their time. They are drop-in groups so once you are registered, you are free to attend any (or all) groups.
    • Mondays at 7:00-8:30 PM
    • Wednesdays at 7:00-8:30 PM
    • Fridays at 7:00-8:30 PM
    • Saturdays at 10:30-12:00 PM
  • In-Person Connection Support Group

    These are hosted weekly at the NAMI Utah main office located at 3269 S Main St #230 Salt Lake City, UT 84115
    • Mondays at 7:00-8:30 PM
  • Online Peer-to-Peer Class

    An 8-week educational course for adults living with mental health conditions to learn about recovery, build coping skills, and connect with others. A NAMI Utah representative will contact you with information about the next class
