  • Online Family Support Groups

    These are drop-in groups offered via Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00-8:30 p.m. MST. Once you are registered, you are free to attend either (or both) groups.
  • In-Person Family Support Group

    LOCATION: Utah State Hospital in Provo, UT on Wednesday nights @ 7:00-8:30 p.m MST
  • Family Classes

    Our classes are offered every couple of months, and a NAMI Utah representative will reach out with details about the next session.
    • Family-to-Family: for anyone supporting a loved one of any age or relationship who is experiencing a mental health condition
    • Basics: for parents or caregivers of school-aged children (18 or younger) with mental health challenges and/or neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities)
  • Online Connection Support Groups and Peer-to-Peer Class

    These programs are offered via Zoom.
  • Connection Support Groups:

    • Mondays at 7:00 PM
    • Wednesdays at 12:30 PM and 7:00 PM
    • Fridays at 7:00 PM
    • Saturdays at 10:30 AM

    Peer-to-Peer Class: Offered every couple of months. A NAMI Utah representative will contact you with details about the next class.

    These are peer-led programs, meaning the facilitators have lived experience with mental health conditions and volunteer their time. The groups and classes are not meant to replace therapy or professional care.

  • In-Person Connection Support Group

    These are hosted at the NAMI Utah main office located at 3269 S Main St #230 Salt Lake City, UT 84115 every Monday night at 7:00-8:30 p.m.
