Application Form - Certified Coaching Professional Program AND Level 5 Diploma in Coaching for Lifestyle & Wellbeing
Thank you for your interest in our Certified Coaching Professional Program (CCP). To hold a spot in your chosen intake we ask that you complete the details below and please sign the application. Once we receive your application we will send a confirmation with payment options - bank transfer invoice (Australian dollars, or British Pounds or US dollars), link to pay securely online, or payment plan link. Payment secures your place in the course and your enrolment.

Things you should know:
1. While we are not able to guarantee places, we will do our best to hold your spot while you arrange payment
2. All coaches are required to review the Preparatory Studies module within the Coach Training unit
3. Your upfront payment is inclusive of a non-refundable deposit of $750 (AUD) for all students
4. Students have 30 days from payment to withdraw, but cannot withdraw within 7 days of the Orientation date
5. Any students that enrol under funding from an external organisation are not able to apply for withdrawal or refund

2. Where possible advise the office of any classes you may not be able to make so we can advise the instructor in advance
