  • The health & well-being of our team, our guests, and our community is our top priority. In addition to sanitizing all implements and workstations before/after each guest, we have temporarily paused beverage service, distribution of magazines, and hand massages/makeup touch ups. Our service providers and guest services team will be wearing face masks and eye protection. 

    We've also modified schedules to operate at decreased capacity to ensure appropriate social distancing, and installed barriers between stations, shampoo bowls, and reception desk.

    We kindly ask that you:

    • please wait in your car until we text you that your service provider is ready for you to come in
    • please wear a disposable ear-loop mask to your appointment that you'd be comfortable getting color or product on ; this will need to remain on while you're inside the salon and cover both your nose and mouth securely
    • arrive alone to your appointment as we are trying to limit the amount of people in our space at once
    • please bring a beverage with you if you need one, as we're unable to provide beverages and magazines for the moment
    • we'll be checking temperatures with a no-contact thermometer for all guests and employees, and sanitizing hands upon arrival
    • we'll greet you verbally, no hugs or handshakes yet
    • if you'd prefer, we have contactless checkout options through the Pocket Salon  app, tap to pay, or Apple Pay

  • Guest Liability Release

  • Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Salon Legato and Salon Legato II are taking extra precautions with the care of every guest to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfection procedures.

  • We may need to reschedule your appointment if you answered "Yes" to any of the questions above. If this applies to you, we understand the inconvenience this may cause and look forward to scheduling your next reservation soon!

    In addition, the Legato team is screened daily at arrival utilizing the above protocols. Any team member exibiting symptoms or who cannot affirm the same agreements will not be able to work until they test negative for COVID-19 / are symptom free.

     

    By signing below, I agree to each statement above and release Salon Legato and Salon Legato II from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
