Never drink on an empty stomach.

We take naturally-raised local beef slow-cooked for
…forever. Then it's thin-sliced, dunked in au jus and
piled high onto a house made kimmelweck roll. A mild
cream sauce (and optional straight horseradish) tops off this
meal to remember. The side of chips and pickle are really
just there to look on in amazement.

Regular comes with cream sauce on the sandwich.

Regular + horseradish side comes with cream sauce on the sandwich and horseradish on the side.
