INFORMATION - Exposed, No Symptoms
Because you have had an exposure to COVID-19, you must quarantine for 14 days from the date of the exposure and monitor for symptoms. Even if you test negative for COVID-19, you must complete this quarantine.
If no symptoms develop after 14 days, you may discontinue quarantine and no test is required.
If you still wish to be tested, you may have a test performed once at least 7 days have passed from the date of the exposure. If at least 7 days have passed since your date of exposure, please proceed with testing registration. Otherwise, please continue to self-monitor for symptoms. If symptoms develop, please return to this site and you will be tested immediately.
