The personal data you share, including your voice recording, will be stored indefinitely on our website. You have the right to remove your personal data at any time, or to remove any voice recordings from the site. You can do this by emailing us at pride.polyphony@gmail.com and requesting that we delete your recording and personal data.

We reserve the right to use the audio recordings and information displayed on our site in presentations about the project and/or relevant marketing material with the aim of publicising the Pride Polyphony project and encouraging more submissions. We will not send you emails or pass your personal data to other organisations or third parties.
