Virtual care: video/phone appointments
Virtual Walk-in (patients book a video/phone appointments with a specific doctor)
Terminals: Patient checks in with the terminal and updates demographic info (phone number, address, etc). Once it's done, their appointment status changes from "booked" to "here" (change color) in Oscar. (Read more in Our Common Knowledge)
Queue management (for walk-in patients, who don't have appointments): After finish checking in with the terminal, patient will be given a number in a walk-in list. MOAs will update the number every time they call a patient in the list; walk-inpatients can check the number on the clinic website and estimate time to comeback the waiting room later. (Read more in Our Common Knowledge)

For Consultation/Specialist booking
Specialist (referral needed, roster management): for patients to book follow-up appointments after their 1st visit (scheduled by an MOA)
Consultation (no referral needed, open to all patients/ existing patients): doctor(s) will have specific time to do consultation in their schedule or have consultation appointments mixed with other types.
