20th Annual Conference
July - September, 2020
Online / Virtual Format
Due to the worldwide pandemic, ATI is hosting the 20th Annual Conference online in a virtual format. We still anticipate over 100 participants from around the country to attend the conference via Zoom! The audience will include: Travel Trainers, Mobility Managers, Orientation and Mobility Specialists and Managers, amongst others.
Due to the change in format, all presentations must be accessible to an online presentation format.
Presenters are expected to attend two one-hour sessions: Tuesday 4-5pm EDT for the presentation and Thursday 4-5pm EDT for the Q&A session with attendees. Please ensure that all presenters can attend both sessions!

You may submit a proposal for a presentation addressing any of the above suggested topics or another topic related to programs, policies or strategies that reflect the principles of travel instruction for persons with disabilities and older adults, other than those with blindness.
Presentation and Q&A session will both be 60 minutes in length. Please note in your application your preference for dates.
Past presentation topics have included (but are not limited to!): programs for older adults, funding travel training programs, training documentation, ethical considerations, rural/urban travel training, marketing and outreach, intake and referral, program administration, disability-specific considerations, cultural compentency, technology, and social media.
Selections will be made on July 7, 2020.
This form will close on June 30, 2020.
