Expected Appointment Flow: (For In-Clinic). In-Clinic Appointments are: Wellness, Vaccinations, Medical Rechecks, Sick/Illness, I-131 Admissions.
*During times of high appointment volume you may be offered a curbside appointment to improve your wait time. *
1. Please CALL upon arrival. If you have arrived for a doctor appointment and would like to be in clinic the staff will alert you when ONE adult may enter the facility. If there is a wait, you will be alerted. You may be offered a curbside appointment. Curbside appointments may shorten your expected wait times as we would not have to wait for examination rooms to become available.
2. One adult may enter with their cat. You will be escorted into an examination room. Please remain seated towards the back of the room. Please leave your cat inside its carrier until directed by our patient care staff.
3. Our patient care staff will come into the examination room and attain the medical history. They will then leave the room to update the doctor.
4. The patient care staff member and doctor will enter the examination room. Please allow our team to remove your cat from his/her carrier and restrain your cat for the examination. The doctor will consult with you their findings and give you their medical recommendations.
5. For any diagnostics; your cat with either be removed from the room, or you may be asked to wait in the lobby/in your car.
6. The patient care staff member will discuss any discharge instructions and escort you to reception.
Expected Appointment Flow (Curbside) Curbside Appointments are all technician appointments, procedure/boarding admission, prescription pickups, and emergency drop off appointments.
1. Please CALL upon arrival. A patient care staff member will call you and attain the medical history. They will then ask you to bring your cat into the vestibule or lobby.
2. The doctor will perform the physical examination. The doctor will call and do the consult on the phone. The patient care staff member will attain approval for any recommended diagnostics.
3. The patient care staff member will call and discuss any discharge instructions. They will then transfer the call the reception.
4. Your cat will be placed in the vestibule/ lobby for pick up. If there are medications to discuss this may be done in person. You will be directed and or escorted into a room for demonstrations.
