All minors ages 14 -17 require parent/legal guardian consent. In accordance with New Jersey state law, NJ Stat. § 26:2D-82.1. N.J. Admin. Code § 8:28-3.8 (“PERSONS UNDER AGE 14 SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE SPRAY TANNING IN THIS TANNING FACILITY. PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 17 YEARS OF AGE SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SPRAY TAN IN THIS FACILITY PROVIDED THAT A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IS PRESENT FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION.”) Sans Soleil LLC does not tan minors under 14 years of age. Once Parent/Guardian Consent is given, minor client must additionally complete Spray Tanning Consent Form.
