  • Why this survey, why you?

    We are the consortium of the EU funded project Technology-enhanced Career Management Skills for Adults – TechCMS”.

    The main aim of our project is to develop and deliver an innovative Virtual Career Guidance and Learning Centre and an on-line Self-Assessment Tool, in order to enhance the capacity of career  professionals, through training, to provide CMS guidance to individuals and empower their skills through the use of technology.     In this context we are conducting a research into the trends of the CMS field  and the needs and gaps of CMS in specific target groups.

    Your contribution in this surveywill provide the needed information for the development of intellectual outputs that will improve skills’ intelligence and information for better career choices.
