Provision Security Inspection

It is a requirement that your club undergoes a security inspection prior to the Brand Asset Protection team actively marketing your club for sale. If you have not been in touch with a member of our Brand Protection team, please reach out to them before completing this form.

To best assist you, fill out the form as accurately as possible. The information is used to schedule your security inspection. We will only communicate with the email, phone, and contact name you provide via this form.

NOTE: All security inspections require a flat rate charge of $300, due prior to scheduling of the technician. A quote will be generated within 48 hours after submission of the request form.

If you have more than one location that needs a security inspection, please fill out this form again for each location.

What To Expect

Once this form is received, we will begin working to schedule an installer that best fits your provided schedule. Once we have an installation date, we will reach out to you to verify that day/time works for you. The security inspection takes one to two hours onsite. During this time, we test your current security equipment, take pictures of the club, and fill out the security inspection form.

We do require that you or a member of your staff is onsite for the duration of the security inspection.

Please allow five to seven days from the submission of this form for a member of our dispatch team to schedule your security inspection. In most cases, we can provide the final report to your FAST representative 10 to 14 days after the submission of this form.
