Before & During Your Appointment

• Please avoid caffeine before your appointment.
• Do not wear contact lenses during your service.
• Please discard gum, mints, or cough drops before your service.
• Remain still during the appointment and inform your artist if you feel uncomfortable.
• Phones should be on silent during the service.

Aftercare & Maintenance

• Do not get lashes wet for 24 hours after application. (Avoid swimming, sauna, steam, heavy sweating, spray tans, or contacts.)
• Be gentle with your lashes. Do not rub, pull, or excessively touch them.
• Avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and oil-based cleansers.
• Use only lash-safe mascaras and cleansers.
• Do not use cotton balls or Q-tips directly on lashes.
• Brush lashes daily once dry and after getting them wet.
• Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain results.
• Fills with less than 40% retention or over 3 weeks will be considered a new set.

Eyelash Extension Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Eyelash extensions involve the use of professional products near the eye area and carry inherent risks, including irritation or allergic reactions in rare cases.
• I understand that results and retention vary based on natural lash growth, lifestyle, and aftercare.
• If I experience discomfort, irritation, or an adverse reaction during or after my service, I will notify Lash & Beauty Lounge immediately.
• I understand that I may need to have extensions professionally removed and/or seek medical attention at my own expense if necessary.
• I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in poor retention or damage to my natural lashes.
• I understand that eyelash extension services require my eyes to remain closed for 60–180 minutes while lying in a reclined position.
• This consent applies to all current and future eyelash extension services at Lash & Beauty Lounge.
• I confirm that I am 18 years or older, or that a parent/guardian has completed the required consent forms, If I am not I will notify you to fill out a parental consent form as well.

Cancellation Policy
We require a card on file for all appointments.

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur the fees listed below.

Payment Information
We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
A 3.5% non-cash adjustment applies to all card transactions.

Loyalty cards are provided for cash services over $40.

Tips are not accepted on cards. Cash, Venmo or Zelle is appreciated.
 

No Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. You are paying for your artist’s time, products, and expertise. If you have questions or concerns, please notify us within 72 hours of your service so we can address them appropriately.

 

Late Policy
Please call if you are running late.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
If you arrive late but can still be serviced, the full service price applies, and results may be affected due to time constraints.
 

No Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and safe environment:

Only scheduled clients are permitted in the salon.
Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
