Color Street Nail Strips are 100% Nail Polish. Each strip consists of a base coat, a color coat and a top coat. They are no dry, no smudge, no streak so they leave your nails looking salon-flawless! No heat or tools are necessary, simply remove the protective clear cover, peel the polish off by the silver tab and apply to nail (avoiding your cuticle). Use your thumb to perforate polish at end of nail or a file (in a downward motion) to remove excess nail strip.
