Lead & Co-Presenters Understanding:
All Presentations are taking place in Virtually on Facebook
(you don't have to have Facebook, but you do need internet and Camera for the platform we use to record the session)
In signing and submitting this proposal, I understand there is no compensation for presenting at the networking group.
I understand that, if accepted no laptop or projector equipment will be provided to me for my presentation. I need to have my own equipment to record or stream live (a laptop or desktop with a camera will work)
If you are NOT presenting by yourself. The presenter agrees to share this agreement with any co-presenters listed on your proposal.
PRESENTATIONS should be at least 35-45 minutes long.
The presenter agrees to notify us immediately if an emergency requires cancellation.
While it is permissible to teach about topics related to the presenter’s practice or products, it should be done in an unbiased manner, YOU CAN reference your products or services, with absolutely no direct sales or pricing of products or services. Speakers must share their information in an educational, non-commercial, and non-self-promotional manner.
At the end of your presentation, I will ask you questions and also ask how can people get in contact with you if they need your services. That is the time to talk about your services.

The presenter agrees to start and finish in the time frame assigned, even if the topic has not been fully covered by the scheduled end of the session.
