School Academic Information Release
To help track your student’s progress, and to show our funders how our kids are progressing in school, throughout the year we are required to collect all report cards, PSSA scores and other academic assessments and ask your student’s school teacher to complete a survey. We ask for your help in this process, and even if your child does not complete the year with us, you will be expected to provide us with the data we’re collecting. To aide in this process, we ask that you obtain your child’s www.philasd.org/login information, and teacher email address. If you choose to share it, we would use the login information only to print out report card and PSSA information in the event you are unable to provide a hard copy of academic reports. We would use the teacher email address to ask the teacher to fill out a survey at the end of the year; if they respond, this saves you the hassle of getting your child’s teacher to fill out the paper version.
