I am excited to get back to my craft and see your beautiful face, however, it does come with some changes. I am working as quickly as possible to get everyone scheduled and at this time, however I can’t schedule clients back to back, to allow the time to do the extra sanitation protocols I need. As strict sanitation is always a priority there are additional measures our state has implemented for our industry.
MASKS:
We are following the recommendations of the CDC and with our current state requirements, everyone in the building, clients and professionals, will be required to wear a mask due to the close contact nature of our business. I will not have masks for sale or to give. Masks must be worn at all times while in the building and in my suite. Mask will be removed by you for servicing areas of face and must be put back on immediately after. If you do not have a mask, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
SERVICES:
Nose waxing and all threading services, are temporarily suspended at this time.
INTAKE:
You will be required to complete our Precautionary Coronavirus (COVID-19) Liability Release Form online, along with any other intake forms that needs to be updated, prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I am temporarily waiving the 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are not feeling well, as always, I ask that you contact me straight away and reschedule. Clients who fail to show for their appointment without any notification will still be charged 100% no-show fee.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
I ask that you do not bring handbags or other personal items in for sanitation reasons. Please only bring your payment method, cell phone, and what is essential.
ARRIVAL:
When you arrive for your appointment, please text me at 214-937-9551 and wait in your vehicle. When I am ready for you, I will respond to your text to come in. Once inside, I will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer before entering my suite. Due to capacity restrictions, we are not able to allow anyone to wait in the building or any extra people to accompany you to your appointment in my suite, regardless if you have been sheltering in place with them.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
Please maintain the recommended distance of 6 feet within the building from other clients and professionals.
DRINKS/FOOD:
I will be suspending our drink offerings at this time to avoid removal of masks. Please drink plenty of fluids before your appointment. Please do not bring food into your appointment.
WHAT I AM DOING TO KEEP MYSELF AND MY CLIENTS SAFE:
I will wear a mask at all times. I will wear a shield for certain services if needed. My suite and equipment will be thoroughly sanitized after each client as well as frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer. I will be using more disposable items as much as I can. I will be keeping a daily log of my temperature at the start of my day. All high touch surfaces will be sanitized frequently and after each client. I will be the only one opening and closing my suite door, handling retail products for you.
I understand that this is a lot of information and is quite the change, but safety is my priority. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies during this time.
