Do you want to share anything about your “Stay at home“ time? Did you learn a new skill, start a business, focus on your family? Love to hear some good news.

Dates listed above are determined by the area in which your home is in as a participate of this event you must be available on that date during that entire time frame. A smaller time window will be communicated to you with in a few days of the event and will be determined and communicated by the City of Fort Lupton’s Events Manager

All Images will be made available in an open gallery on Samanthamarkeyphotography.com All participants and the City of Fort Lupton will have access to the images taken as a part of this event.

The number of images made available will be determined by the photographer during the editing process and at her discretion. Any two families may not have the same number of photos due to issues like closed eyes, less poses, or other many other factors that may cause the photographer to eliminate an image before editing.

Editing and Processing: All images will be reviewed and edited at the photographers discretion. Only images finalized by the photographer will be made available for viewing. Processing will take up to two weeks.

PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Samantha Markey Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Samantha Markey Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for social media, editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Samantha Markey Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

I hereby release the City of Fort Lupton and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Samantha Markey Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Samantha Markey Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Samantha Markey, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to hard drive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.
